Miley Cyrus performs on stage during Rock in Rio Festival on June 6, 2010 in Arganda del Rey, Spain with Spanish singer David Bisbal. While Cyrus entertained in her usual age-inapropriate clothes, she made no move during this performance to lock lips with any dancers male or female as she allegedly did during her Britain's Got Talent Performance on the 3rd.
